Covid Safety Update 5.6.2020

Our Covid-Safe plan has been lodged and we’re pleased to welcome back customers. The following is to inform you of our Covid-19 compliance.

Guided Tours

• Our regular guided tours can now continue as one-way trips, with bus transport back to your cars.  We ask you to fill up the bus from the back first, avoid touching other seats on your way in, and stay in the same seat for the whole trip.
• Sanitizer will be available for all customers and staff
• The bus, kayaks and paddles will be cleaned after each tour group.
• Snacks will be served in individually wrapped portions.
• Social distancing is still required (and easy to do in a kayak)
• If you are unwell we ask you to arrange re-booking at a different time, and if we are unwell, we will do the same.

Kayak Hire

• Our kayak hire and school groups can now continue as one-way trips, with bus transport back to your cars.  We ask you to fill up the bus from the back first, avoid touching other seats on your way in, and stay in the same seat for the whole trip.

• The bus, paddles, maps and kayaks will be cleaned after each hire group.
