Full Day Tours

Canoe Adventures day tours offer an extended look at the Loch Luna wetlands and Chamber's Creek, exploring sections not seen on a half day tour. Loch Luna wetlands are rich in bird life and beauty with towering stark gums contrasted against nature's greenery. These maze-like, winding waterways are a delight to explore with surprises around each corner: A lake full of pelicans and swans, eagles' nests high in trees, aboriginal canoe trees, red cliffs and seasonally - creeks lined with yellow-flowering, floating water primrose. We will paddle at your pace, stopping to share lunch, morning/afternoon tea and a sample of Riverland produce.

Best suited to those feeling fit for a full day of paddling.

Canoe Adventures were professional and engaging. Kim welcomed my family from my 13 year old to my 5 year old. We all loved it. The stop off for a cuppa and nibbles was an added bonus. Kim pointed out the fauna that was around from large water birds to a tiny Peron's tree frog. The highlight was Kayaking under the stars. Amazing. Thank you.

Such a wonderful way to explore the river and the beautiful backwaters. So evident that Kym has grown up on this beautiful waterway and shares his passion and knowledge. Could have spent a few days doing this - therapy at its best! So good to see the wild life before and after dark - and the tips on the good camping spots too. Thank you. We will be back.
