Half Day Tours

Loch Luna wetlands are rich in bird life, with towering stark gums contrasted against nature's greenery. These maze-like winding waterways are a delight to explore with surprises around each corner: A lake full of pelicans and swans, eagle’s nests high in trees, aboriginal canoe trees, red cliffs and seasonally - creeks lined with yellow-flowering water primrose. We will paddle at your pace, leisurely or adventurous, stopping to share morning or afternoon tea and a snack of Riverland produce.

Tour photos will be available for purchase after the tour.

Took 2 adults & an 2 kids (8 & 10 year olds) on a 1/2 day guided kayak. Started early due to 40+ temperatures forcasted. Being on the water & seeing the variety of trees/birds/kangaroos with only the sounds of the paddles was an amazing experience. Felt very safe with Kym as our guide. We will remember this day for a very long time.

I saw a travel log while channel-surfing the TV and thought while visiting Australia (Adelaide) I just had to experience an iconic piece of Australia. And I wasn't disappointed. A leisurely paddle in the mid-late afternoon exploring the backwaters and side creeks of the Murray River echo-system - wildlife, fish, birds, we saw it all. We stopped on the bank of a river bend for a break, refreshments and to stretch our legs, then we were back in the water as the sun slowly dipped below the horizon - stunning, serenity. This experience will replenish what the daily grind in the city takes removes from you. Truely unforgettable & well worth the day trip from/back to Adelaide. Will definitely be doing it again. Highly recommended.
