TERMS AND CONDITIONS – UPLOAD TO INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK or TIKTOK AND WIN COMPETITION
HOW TO ENTER: Go kayaking with us and take photos or make a video showing the enjoyable things about your trip. Upload the best images or video to Instagram, Facebook or Tiktok, using the hashtag #canoeadventureriverland,
and tag us:
Instagram @canoeadventureriverland
Facebook @canoeadventure
Tiktok @canoeadventureriverland
Make sure the images/video are set to public, and still available to be found on the last day of the competition period.
Winners will be chosen at random and notified via their social media channel. If the social media message offering the prize is not responded to within 1 month of being sent, the prize will be re-offered to a different winner.

Prize: $100 credit towards kayak hire or guided tour from Canoe Adventures – Riverland, to be used within 12 months of the winner being declared. Prize cannot be taken as cash
1.1 Participation in this Competition and information regarding redemption of any prizes forms part of these terms and conditions.
1.2 By submitting an entry into this Competition, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Privacy and Collection Notice
- 2.1 We collect your personal information directly from your social media post, and may link it to information gained during your hire/tour booking process, to confirm your use of our services.
2.2 We will use your social media information primarily to conduct the competition, and to advise you if you are a winner
2.3 We may share your image/video and your social media name on our social media channels. We will not share any of the other information gained through the booking process on our social media channels, e.g. name etc.
2.4 It is your responsibility to gain the permission of all people in your post, to have their image made public on both your social media, and ours, in the event that we rehare your post.

4 Eligibility
4.1 This Promotion is only open to people who have been customers of Canoe Adventures - Riverland.
4.2 Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 to enter the Competition.
4.3 If the entrant is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be credited to the winner’s nominated parent or legal guardian to use against a hire or guided tour.
